Delete your account

You can ask for the deletion of your Taxi Hub account and of all the data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

1. Write to privacy@taxihub.ai from the e-mail of your Taxi Hub account.
2. Use the subject Delete my account. No other information is needed.
3. We confirm the deletion by e-mail within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your shifts, rides, fares, searches, recordings and transcriptions, settings, vehicles, maintenance, due dates, expenses and goals, and, as a passenger, your preferences, places, trips and taxi requests.

What is kept

The fuel prices you published are anonymous (they never carried your account) and stay on the map of their days. Data combined with that of other users, which does not identify anyone, may also stay. Nothing else is kept, except what the law requires.
